Race #3 takes place at Bolsa Chica State Beach just 4 miles north of Huntington Beach The course features the swim/run format. Participants will start off with a 1000m swim, and finish with a 5k run. Participants doing only the 5k run will do a 1 loop course. This race is open to everyone - you don't have to be a 'National' competitor to come out, race and have a some fun. :)

Race Day Registration (if available) will start @ 7:00am - 7:45am.

Packet Pick up / check in starts at 7:00am at the race site! Note: this is a USAT event, so you must bring a Picture ID and your USAT card to registration. If you do not have a USAT card you will need to pay $10.00 for a one day membership.

USAT National Aquathlon Championships
This event is Nationals! Which means fast and fun. But it also means there is information and rules that everyone needs to know about.
• First, the top 6 in each age group qualify for Aquathlon Worlds taking place in Monterrey, Mexico.
• Yes, wetsuits are allowed.
• Yes, there will be USAT officials at the event.
• Yes, anyone can enter - you don't need to be the fastest to do this event. It is a qualifier, but we encourage everyone to participate.

This is a USAT Sanctioned Event - which means that all athletes must either be a USAT member or purchase a 1 day membership fee for $10.00.

From Southbout 405:
Exit Seal Beach Blvd. from I-405 and take it all the way to the beach.
Turn left (south) on PCH.
Turn right (west) into Park Entrance (at the stoplight).
Drive to the 2nd lot north of the entrance.
Park your car!

From Northbound 405:
Exit on Warner Ave.Turn left (west) to the beach.
Turn left (south) on PCH.
Turn right (west) into Park Entrance (at the stoplight).
Drive to the 2nd lot north of the entrance.

From South OC:
Take PCH north to the Park Entrance. Turn left at the light.
